To overcome these challenges, Alice&Bob.Company developed a comprehensive solution through a series of carefully tailored enablement workshops. These workshops, conducted remotely in various phases, facilitated the transfer of knowledge and skills from the client to our team of experts.

In the first phase, we focused on familiarizing ourselves with the provider's products, services and sales organization structure. In the second phase, the customer's employees were given the opportunity to present their cloud portfolio in simulated scenarios, enabling practical application and further development. The third phase comprised four workshops covering important topics such as the further development of security, agile software development concepts, cloud buying personas and the development and presentation of use cases for cloud security.

By using cloud technologies such as ELB, WAF and Marketplace and incorporating the principles of shared responsibility and agile software development, Alice&Bob.Company enabled the client to utilize agility and modern cloud security concepts.
