Procedure

1st Well-Architected Review Workshop
In a workshop format of 2x 4-hour sessions (preferably in person), we analyze your current architecture based on AWS best practices and identify strengths and weaknesses in your infrastructure.
2. evaluation and report
Our experts will provide you with a detailed report that lists the findings of the Well-Architected Review and sorts them by severity. The focus is on your HRIs (high-risk issues).
3. roadmap for eliminating the HRIs
Together we develop a plan for eliminating the identified high-risk issues (HRIs) and help you to sustainably improve your AWS environment.

4th Well-Architected Review Workshop
Once you and your team have fixed at least 45% of the HRIs, we will help you apply for €5,000 in AWS Credits, which will support you financially in the implementation of future optimization projects.
