Through an initial joint warm-up project, A&B learned about NBB's unique environment and analyzed the existing services to identify areas for improvement, particularly in terms of security and compliance with the standards developed by AWS. The project focused specifically on enhancing NBB's capabilities in utilizing the AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS) in conjunction with AWS core services. A&B also identified opportunities to optimize the multi-account structure to align with AWS standards.

AWS, known for its extensive security portfolio, provided NBB with a wide range of services to improve its security posture. A&B leveraged this expertise and enabled NBB to benefit from these services and jointly develop a comprehensive security roadmap. In the subsequent phase of the collaboration, A&B worked with NBB to seamlessly implement the identified measures and plans.
