As a well-known retail brand with multiple locations in Germany, the customer wanted to future-proof its operations by migrating to the public cloud. The initial focus was on migrating one of the most complex workloads: an insurance service integrated with in-store purchasing. Compliance with the KRITIS-relevant service requirements regulated by the BSI Act and the BSI Regulation was crucial to success.
